Good but could be a touch better

I can see the last update was a year ago and the only change I would like to see if it gets updated is to control colors of the markers based on crime type.

This app is useful, but for $2.99, I expected more out of it. You can't search by location (typing an address), you just have to look around the map until you locate the spot you're looking for which is frustrating. Other than that, it's pretty useful information to know what's going on where.
Information overload

I'd like to see filters added to this app so we can show specific types of crimes. Personally, I'm more interested in robberies, murders, and other violent crimes as I traverse the city. I'd also like to be able to filter to burglaries and auto theft to see my own neighborhood.
