  • App doesn’t show current conditions

    After updating to Sequoia on my MacBook, the Weather Bug app doesn’t show current conditions when I click on it. It shows the temperature in the menu bar, but is blank when I click on it. When the app pull down is open, I can click on it to open the page in Safari, but I can’t get a Quick Look at current conditions from the app.

    running mac Sequoia 15.0.1 and since my mac updated to this OS the weather bug app no longer works. it’s all blacked out.

The app doesn't open at all. The app can not be deleted.

Hey Devs, seems people have contacted you only to be told you can't help. 

Will report the app to the App Store. There should be a way to delete it.

    I can not open the app. I can not delete the app. The app is a trap and probably contains spy ware because I can not delete it.

    I've been using the Weatherbug app for a very long time. I got myself a new laptop last year and haven't gotten around to loading it on this machine. It's on all my other Apple devices. For whatever reason, the app doesn't work well on my MacBook Pro (intel). I'm sad, I loved this app but it won't let me log in and have the cities handy which I like to see the weather because I have family and friends in those areas. Please fix and it'll be back to 5 stars!

    This used to work well, now with lack of updates it is no longer compatable and crashes current macOS updates. Should be removed from App Store

    I have the pro chip in this brand new machine. EVERYTIME I cllick on the menu bar icon and linger for a second or two my Mac freezes and reboots, EVERY time and has for months. Deleting this app. ASAP.

    Will not allow you to sign in on your MacBook. Just goes to a blank screen and stays there.

    Runs fine on iPad. Total trash on iMac running Sonoma. Locks up computer and no way to uninstall. Nail in the coffin was contacting support and getting a reply saying "sorry, we cannot help".
