    Dunkin’ Donuts is a great store usually with very steady business and work ethic. Also u will get very great service from a lot of the Dunkin’ Donuts I live near which is on upper cape

    The app is fine and I’ve had no issues with it. However, after changing the Dunkin Rewards program a while back - it is horrible. I work from home 3 days a week and no longer make 12 purchases a month. Maybe 10 but I come up short and will not be a “Boosted” member after this month. Plus, 500 points for up to a large hot coffee? I get 2 extra points for being boosted?!? Wow - I feel special! I need 50 visits for overpriced coffee for a single free cup. Honestly not worth caring any longer.

    Tried to use my 1800 points for 2 drinks (900 each) it did not work & my points are now gone🤬

    The app is good for ordering ahead, but unfortunately, it does not give you enough options on every item to customize them the way you may want to order them. You need to add more things for example if I want an iced coffee, I wanna add espresso to it I can’t so now I have to go in the store or if I want a sandwich a certain way you do not give enough customizable options fix it

  • Can’t Remove Dunkin’ Cards

    Cannot remove Dunkin’ Cards from saved payments and cannot add any values to a card unless the dollar amounts are whole numbers. Therefore, Dunkin’ Cards stay in app forever and you need to switch payment methods every time an order is placed or continually put more money than you need to on the Dunkin’ Cards.

    I loved this app.. but with your upgrade requiring An updated version of my phone… which I’m not changing iOS version… I can not use it anymore. Hope this doesn’t affect many others. So long Dunkin. Must not be a person responding.. I can’t upgrade my phone to a higher iOS version, so I can not up date the app. It was great before this. I have 898 points. I need 900 for the $8.00 frozen coffee I get almost every day. Not going to be doing that anymore. Ugh!!!! Technology… ????
