No messages come through

Wildly disappointed

Charging $14 a week just to be able to message and communicate with listings makes it unable to use for free. Ridiculous payment model, I’d rather just deal with a few ads every now and then. Downloaded , used for a day and instantly deleted upon realizing it’s just a poorly thought out money grab. Disappointing

It was really wierd in this app that I need to pay to view my messages. I mean c’mon generate revenue through ad not through this! If Im broke how and looking for cheap rooms and you expect me to pay for talking to people for the room!

Only works if you pay for it like everything else lol better chances on Zillow or FB Marketplace

You can post an ad for free, but you can’t read any answers for free. You can send messages for free, but if you haven’t paid you can’t read a reply. This means, even if you pay so that you can read responses to those ads, unless the other person also paid, this ends up being a black hole where they can’t read your responses. You can’t see who sent mail until you pay, so you can’t determine if these are responses to a message you sent (and therefore know they’ve paid and a conversation is actually possible). There are lots of work around dating websites use to solve the problem of communication between free and premium accounts. If the coders want this to be less of a cheapo money grab, they should look into those kinds of mechanisms (eg. if a free account writes and premium account and a premium account holder replies, those replies are unlocked for the free user; and therefore the service you are paying for is effective communication). Either or both sides can end up paying, but it would at least mean people choosing to pay will have gotten a functioning service. It seems like their current funding model is screw people out of their first subscription fee, and then that person learns this site is garbage and moves on.

Hi there, don’t get this app. It’s not worth it.

Fake profiles will contact you and then disappear. When you delete it all of a you sudden you receive a million messages.
