Crashes after opening and clicking on anything.

The app only offers about 25% of the quality of what you can download from their website (info for the website was sent in a separate email). They do note that higher quality images are available on “CD or USB stick” in this app, so at least some warning of its limitation, but why is there this limitation? I definitely want full quality for the price paid, so the app is useless for me. Just download the zip file — it’s a couple extra steps on a phone, but iPhones can now unzip and save all the photos to your camera roll just fine.

The app crashed about 5x when I tried to download all my pics. Then I “killed” all apps and relaunched this app and was able to download all 100 on the first go. Very nice feature to have them in my photo album quickly like this.

Obviously there is no upkeep on this application. It crashes constantly. Want to pay $360 for a photo package and not be able to download them? Here’s your app!

Pics are only available for 15 days, and app crashes after only loading 10 pics! This was a complaint a year ago and still happening!

Turns out that you need to let ALL of your pictures show up on your screen so you can see the thumbnails BEFORE starting the download. Then it worked. However, the pictures come across in random order which is really disappointing. By the way, I downloaded 209 pictures.

Only allowed me to download half of my pictures before app shut down on me and won’t reopen again.

I was really disappointed in this app. Initially was able to downloaded videos. Every time after when I tried to view the App closed out after 2 seconds. A family member reported the same issue.

Works well to sign in and see the photos. But when I clicked to download the pictures the app crashed repeatedly

Given a user name and password to login and download the pics. The app has a code with option to enter numbers only. User I got is my email address. On top of that nobody is answering the phones.
