You need to reserve each ride even with lightning lane, but are only able to book one at a time. Plus, Cars attraction is another $22 extra for their lightning lane. All other main rides (incredicoaster, grizzly, guardians of the galaxy) were down.

On this day I pushed myself after a bad knee replacement struggling I made it a goal to be at the happiest place in the world to do a few rides but just walk slowly so Thank you for the diversity it gave me that extra step .. We all have purpose to strive it’s magical place I asked for help the Smiles the kindness just want to take this out pass it forward

3rd time 50 minuets in line and it shut down!
Instead of telling us 60 minute wait tell us ride dependability %!

Adaptation to personal electronic devices for work was a necessary evil, which at the end of the day only increased task load. Plenty of experience on the receiving end with corporate IT integrating a dozen software packages to create some element of commingling that really never works. This app has faint echo of that “commingling,” and I’ve found it difficult to navigate. I have to ask for help to find any passes, and have no need to adapt as I will rarely use the app. It’d be nice to have a single place to find easy access to all passes not unlike Apple Wallet and similar. Carry on. I appreciate what you are doing!

I use this app religiously but since the new update, the wait times on the map and in the app are gone! I tried to work with support and the recommendation was “wait for 24-48 hours and see if it’s resolved.” No one else I know is having this problem. I’d like it fixed before I visit the park in July. 😡
