Terrible website

This app continuously steals money from users… If you pay for a month you will get a Violation to terminate your service early so that they will keep your money but you do not get the full service you paid for. They will send you a violation email (only after you question why you can not login), you respond to ask “what violation” did you commit, they will say you by saying “your appeal is denied”… When you respond by saying “I was never told what the violation I incurred ” they will say “Our records show that you have already been provided an appeal consideration by our team.” Without offering a full refund, or even a pro-rated refund, and with the common practice to issue unsubstantiated “violations” solely to not offer a service while accepting payment is a scam This App is a complete scam, continue reviewing websites for a list of Class Action Lawsuits, in the near future one will be created for this APP and other Match Apps

My account got flagged and then REMOVED for “violating policy” - what??? They incorrectly claimed I gave out my contact information on my profile. No one could show me anything at all I did wrong. They just claimed it happened and then deleted my account out of the blue. What a joke this site is. Never coming back.

There are plenty of nice men on there. I’ve dated a couple, and they turned out not to be for me, but that’s what dating is. The app itself is lame. You can set preferences and deal breakers, but that only controls who the app shows to you. Other people can like and message you even if they don’t match your preferences at all. For example, I set a dealbreaker for men within 30 miles. Very shortly thereafter I got a message from someone in Washington state. I’m in Arizona 😑 Once your page and inbox are flooded with people who don’t interest you, the only way to get rid of them is to block them. This, then means, when you scroll thru the “discover” page, you see “profile not available” one after another. The emails continue to show you people that you already blocked. The app does very little for you. It’s merely a way of meeting people but even more random than if you were trying at the grocery store

Free dating app that Doesn’t let You do anything but browse and smile - what a total waste of energy

I subscribed to the app but the following day found I was unable to log in. I received a message that I was to contact Customer Service so they could verify my information, which I did. I received an email that I believe was intended to provide a hyperlink. The email said: “**All ban appeals must follow the instructions located** **here****.**” There was no link so I responded advising as such, and received another email, providing the exact same phrase and telling me that further contact on my part would not receive a response. Despite the email, I explained again that I didn’t know where ****here**** was .

I requested contact information so I can delete my account and data, but didn’t hear back. I want to delete my account and need assistance to do so. 



They ban you without warning and don’t give you a reason

THE WORST DATING APP EVER! I set my parameters to include certain things that were absolute deal breakers. The app showed me everything that were dealbreakers. The app showed me everything EXCEPT for what I was looking for. A waste of money. NEVER AGAIN!

I paid a good fee for one months of service. I thought this would be a good app for a person my age. There were several things I did not like: one I was specific on ethnicity and distance very few profiles met my requests. For example, out of 100 profiles presented as matches, one met anything close. The app was clunky and ineffective For example, I had to go through my email not the app, to see messages sent to me. Lastly, profiles were outdated or false. You would be better off using Facebook Dating for free then this app.
