Description

The TurboTool® app makes it easy for service technicians to troubleshoot Danfoss Turbocor® compressors out in the field. You can use the app to help you identify symptoms, work through possible causes, and get recommended next steps. You can also instantly access TurboTool® quick reference charts. Please note that the recommendations found in the app are intended for experienced professionals familiar with Turbocor® compressors. TurboTool® should not be used by non-professionals without adequate training. How to Use When starting up TurboTool®, you'll first be taken to the Component tab, which displays a cutaway image of a Danfoss Turbocor® compressor. Select which component is having issues and TurboTool® will display a list of symptoms you can match with the compressor being serviced. You can also resolve issues on the Compressor tab by selecting symptoms on a compressor level. Both tabs allow you to see potential causes, solutions, and service literature to reference for further information. The Verify tab provides the correct operating parameters for key components, eliminating the need to keep paper documents on hand. TurboTool® also gives you access to service videos that demonstrate how to remove, install, and rebuild key components in Turbocor® compressors as well as hundreds of pages of parts catalogs and training manuals. Finally, TurboTool® helps you quickly identify required spare parts. Simply scan the compressor's serial # using your smartphone camera or enter the part or model number, and the app will display potential spare parts kits. The menus are clear and straight to the point. Pictures are great for easy and quick navigation. Should expand use of the pictures. Could do close-ups of the area of the compressor for even better navigation. Awesome. Love it.
