App keeps freezing have to exit and restart

Ivory bloom is the last time I collected any stars. I’ve played a couple hundred more levels since with no reward. Is there something wrong here or that just stops? Not cool kinda makes me wanna give up.

I don’t have access to the new feature where you can skip levels. I did do the latest update. Can you help?

I have been playing this game for years and I loved it. However, sometimes the game forces you to make moves you don’t want to make since there is no other choice. Recently, the game got stuck and there was no move to make, I had to close it and lose the opportunity to play it. A bit disappointing if you ask me. And the constant ads drives me crazy.

I enjoy this game, but after today’s update, if you fail to complete a level, you cannot retry or exit. You have to close the app and restart it.

Missing content. No more special deals game is flipping back and forth for special events.

Please fix level - it keeps crashing and cannot be completed.

The “random” patterns that fall as you play guarantee you will need to use more special gems than you can generate for free. Play and you will see

Game won’t even load.

I passed level 2998 at a great expense, got 3 stars, and it never registered. I am still at level 2998
