Website lags a lot and won’t update radio signal with vin scanner

Doesn’t work for dealers unless you call support scan vin doesn’t work and radio ID doesn’t work and when you call it’s a hour wait

Unable to see pricing options on anything other than bare minimum option. Tried calling they insisted I could see the pricing tiers on website and app. I explained I am using my phone and not a computer but customer service insisted it doesn’t matter. They were unwilling to walk me through it. Guess I don’t really need or want this product if customer service isn’t even willing to help me with pricing for my car and my daughters iPhone! ***update to response*** Clearly your customer service team reads as well as they listen! (Sarcasm intended, just in case you missed that as well). I clearly stated that I tried on MORE THAN ONE PLATFORM. Sorry I didn’t list my review on your preferred platform. I suggest you take it up with “your customer service department“ and see how well that works out for you. Keep your product there are other options out there.

App has worked one time. That is it. Cannot help customers with this product. Do not waste your time.

Sometimes I have to refresh multiple times to get it to work for a potential customer or I cannot get it to start a trial at all.

I can’t get this program to enable Sirius in my CPO cars.

I tried your product and have used Sirius Xm on and off! Im not in my car alot now so I didnt renew! I have collection agents coming after me for 52.00 and its one more hastle to deal with! I sell new General motors vehicles and i wont recomend using Sirius Xm anylonger! You are officially scum!

Easy to use!

As a Dealer, my Customers really like the three month trial of SiriusXM that I can activate on their car or truck. Lately all I’ve been getting is error messages when I try to photograph the vehicles VIN . This is very frustrating for myself and my customers.
