  • App changed to encourage missed payments

New default view for payments only shows items due in current week not next seven days. Changes are likely made to drive customers to auto pay or to miss payments adding fees.
  • They LIE

This app claims the more “on-time” payments made, better chance of higher available balance. They LIE! I was never late nor missed a payment in about 2 yrs and they stripped my $1,500 available balance away without notice. That was about 6 months ago and I continue to pay my accounts down and still NO available balance.
  • Frustrating and time consuming

The "manage payments" option only lists by "due this week" or "due this month" to forecast my budget I have to open every single payment that is due to see the due date. It's extremely frustrating, when the date the payments are due USED to be automatically listed next to the amount. Why would you change the app to make it WORSE? Please put the due dates in the list next to the payments automatically instead of having to click open every payment to see when it's due.

New app layout is horrible under the manage tab! You can’t see the month due or any details now without clicking in to each payment plan! Please revert back to the old layout this new layout is not convenient

Don’t take my money . I turn on my phone and I see you trying to get $15.00 from my account and. You did it to me for $14.00 not more than 10 days ago and I don’t know why if I don’t know what these two charges are I will not make payment advise Christmas is over don’t send me payments in January.

I would have rated the previous version of the app 5 stars, but this new format a couple days ago is hard to manage. It doesn’t allow me to see payments past the end of the month like the previous version did. For example a payment on Feb 1 is hidden if it is still January. Please fix this
