Description

Got a food intolerance? See at a glance what foods you can eat or drink. Do you suffer from lactose, fructose, histamine, gluten, sorbitol or salicylic acid intolerance? Or do you even have several of them? No problem! With ALL i CAN EAT you can see at a glance what foods you can eat or drink. ALL i CAN EAT adjusts to your individual intolerances and calculates your compatibility for each food. The compatibilities are displayed in a simple traffic light system, ranging from green (very well tolerated) to yellow and orange up to red (bad idea to eat). If a recommendation does not apply to you, you can easily save your individual tolerance for the food concerned. Search quickly for a specific food, browse certain categories such as beverages, fruits, dairy products, etc. or filter compatibilites by color. In addition, ALL i CAN EAT does also provide many details such as the amounts of lactose, fructose, glucose, histamine, sorbitol, salicylic acid, amines, amino acids, etc. And in case you should miss a food, you can add it easily. You will never have to search various lists again or learn any numbers by heart! With ALL i CAN EAT you manage all your food intolerances in one place.

I wish this was as detailed a diet app where it says this food has this amount of this in it, even if it’s just a generalized amount in ANY food one looks up. Very similar to the nutritional content of food. I’d be happy to pay for a detailed list of thousands of food items. I’m trying very hard to figure out what I can and can’t eat and more to seeing this would help so much.

This is a really easy to use app that is free to anyone with adds. The only pro of paying for it is to remove ads (which I only sorry I’m driving after using more than a year). Anyone with food issues knows that not every list, even in science, perfectly agrees. If you look at the location this app is in Europe so, for example, cilantro is Coriander as they say in UK. Will this replaces ever needing to look elsewhere? No- but is it perfect for an individual YES!! Here’s why: you can toggle the lines. So if you react badly to something labeled green, just slide it to red and if you find you do well with something red, just toggle it. Moreover- you can add your own items! With that in mind this should help you walk through an elimination diet and be more than useful for that. You can’t expect an app to know more than the available science at the time so- reviewers- please stop wanting everything for nothing. It would be great to add info on portions- even if a generic size for all food so that I can understand the numbers better

This app does best when you need to add your own food and value that is not in the database or need to update something. I have it loaded on my iPod so it's wherever I take my purse.
  • No support. No instructions

This app has been helpful, however I’m not entirely sure it’s completely accurate. I agree with other reviews that state there’s no explanation of gray. The other colors are obvious. There is a lot of confusing information out there about food sensitivities, but this is a nice start. Too bad the developer won’t respond to reviews or update the app
