I have been trying to get this problem, resolved for the longest time. Unfortunately, there is never a number you can call to speak with someone about the issue.
I have had this app for an extended period of time and over the last month that I have it has Not worked. Every time I try to take a video it freezes and closes out. I have tried to delete and restore the app to no avail.

the fact that CC can’t figure out how to interface with the “Share” button on a photo as IG, Twitter, FB or any of the other socials to up load photos directly from the photo app. doesn’t give me much faith in their programming skills. It would make it much easier to up load photos. It’s something i have been asking for since i started using this “product” i also inter face with “Jobber” a better system

I am very disappointed in this app! I have left voicemails and no answer back! I canceled the service and was still being charged! Horrible customer service. I regret using this app!

Idk what they did with the new update now I’m not able to do my normal before and after photos now it just stay black the only way I’m able to is to go on to the desktop version

I keep getting calls since I signed up. I’m guessing they want me to upgrade the service which is very expensive monthly. You’d think after leaving a voicemail they would stop. No thanks!
Phone glitches

It is required by management that all employees use this app. However since it was installed the phone runs much slower and constantly glitches. The app takes a while to load. Editing is multilayered meaning too many steps to perform simple functions.

All I can say is that we are glad to have your software in our company. I wish some additional features or integrations were done, but maybe they will come in the future. I love it so far.
Sub Contractors Need More Access

I like the organization and the ability to take photos and the things you can do with those photos.
The main problem that I have with the app is that subcontractors don’t have very much access to job files. I think it would be nice if the contractors could see your checklists that are made, as well as tasks. I hope this is something that is implemented soon, because as of right now, I am looking elsewhere for a new job organization service.
