    It’s great other than the fact you can’t control the volume? The rest of my family has a samsung TV and you can download the remote app for them and there’s volume control buttons, I don’t understand why amazon has not added them to the fire TV app? I’ve seen multiple other people complain about it on here too, please add volume control!!!!

    I know people tend to write bad reviews but I want to commend your developers for addressing an issue after the recent update. I wrote a review about how I had to turn off my VPN each time which was a headache. It was immediately addressed and fixed at record speeds. I am so impressed and I want to say that i appreciate the work you all do. It does not go unnoticed. Thank you all for listening to your customers!

    Cuando la interfaz de control sea parecida al del NVIDIA SHIELD, el control táctil de desplazamiento es mas intuitivo, fácil de operar, difícil de equivocar al pulsar sin cuando se está viendo el TV sin mirar el teléfono ( control ) . En resumen : les invito a adaptar a su control el touch pad y será mucho mejor y más fácil el uso para los usuarios.
