    The most Annoying app ever.. It works when it feels like it.. always having to reconnect or taking multiple try’s just for it to work a little while… I shouldn’t have to unplug and replug my tv every time I need to get a decent connection

    I’ve been using this remote app for about 6 months now, and before the last update, it was constantly disconnecting and refusing to reconnect no matter how many times I tried what was suggested to fix it. Anyways, after the last update a week ago, it’s only disconnected once and it easily reconnected. I love the new UI, too. Hopefully the connection issues stay gone 😅

    It’s a great app when it works but getting it to work is more challenging than the initial setup. If I don’t open the app for a few days/hrs it will not register that it’s connected to my WiFi. Force closed the app, turn airplane mode on/off, turn phone off/on. Eventually it will work but after mins/hrs of troubleshooting or literally just waiting for it to work when it wants to. Maybe it’s that we are signed into the same profile in every room of our house, idk. I’m a techie so this should be no problem for me but this app is just trash.

    The app is unable to find my fire stick! Everything worked fine until I updated the app. I’ve gone through a list of trouble shooting steps and nothing.

    Being able to control the tv with my phone is so easy and convenient. It makes searching so much easier and it’s the only tv remote where the speech commands are so so accurate wherever you do it through the app or through the actual remote. I highly recommend this app, it’s especailly convenient when you loose the remote, or can’t find it, or don’t want to get up to get it haha.
