I thought I would give Qobuz another try, hoping they had ACTUALLY improved the UX of the app and improves the app’s stability. I was wrong. The app UX is still need of improvement and the most irritating part of the app is that it will randomly stop playing music. I’ll be listening to one of my playlists that I have set to repeat, and at the end of songs it will sometimes just randomly stop playing. The whole reason to have the app is to listen to music and it can’t even do that well.
Save your money and don’t subscribe. Will probably be canceling my subscription when it’s up unless they actually do something to improve the app.
Also, it shouldn’t be so hard to contact customer service, but they also made that difficult and annoying to do.
Charged me but won’t give me access to my music

I’ve been subscribed to Qobuz for about six months and the most previous subscription they charged me for through Apple but have me unsubscribed in Qobuz on January 28 it’s been two weeks now and Apple said I’m ineligible for a refund and I can’t dispute it. Now I have to call my bank to dispute the charge. Thanks

I’m a newer user but so far I am highly impressed with Qobuz. The audio quality is amazing and I love that they’re one of the higher payout services for artists.
The layout is really easy to navigate and use. I think the only thing I’d love to see would be a more personalized homepage based on listening trends - you really need to know what you want to listen to (not really an issue for me but I know it’s a nice feature to not always know what you want and still get similar artists / songs to what you listen to). And the song selection is massive. I’ve only ran into a few songs I can’t find from super tiny artists but they have a request songs feature, too!
Overall, really happy I made the switch from Spotify. 💕

There should be a section for recently played music. Stats on most played songs/artists would be nice as well. It’s like we listen to music and there’s no record of anything since there’s no “music history” anywhere.

I’m so angry that this app is the only way for me to enjoy my Qobuz subscription on the go. The app has always had a plethora of issues and been nothing short of a migraine headache to operate because of its horrid, unoptimized and unintuitive user interface. Everything about this app is incredibly awful… the browsing music. Trying to find an entire discography of my favorite artists in impossible. They are ALWAYS missing a few albums or EPs and don’t seem to want to add them. That’s so convenient for me as a customer! Thanks.
Anyway, adding music to playlists causes the app to hang and freeze, resulting in an instant crash following. I reopen the app and the same crud is happening again. Force close the app. Same. Restart the phone. Nothing fixes it. FIX THIS!!!! It can’t be impossible to figure out how to have a somewhat decent mobile app. Come on.
PLS LET ME REDOWNLOAD OLDER VERSION.

I figured out what is going on, and it’s just too many things and I’ve been trying to fix it for hours. Hours.
The update had some how made EVERY SINGLE setting on an iPhone contribute to how the music will sound. I’m not going crazy because it’s soo obvious it shocks me. I’ve tried to turn off all the settings that made the air pods sound weird with Apple settings. I had to go through dozens of settings it seems, and I have to clear all the other apps so it just this one that’s open. I have to turn down the brightness all the way down, and even moree. Just so it can sound still not as good as the older version. And even when I download it and turn off internet I still have to do these things!! Help me please Qobuz I love your old app, I’m actually crying 😢

Great app but it’s very basic when it comes to format. There’s no lyric display which I absolutely hate. However the music quality is great which is what the app is known for so that’s good.

Love this app but they need a way to sync purchases with the library. If i purchase a song on the website the song should be added to your library automatically!
Apple CarPlay update

Hello. I'm writing to inquire about updates for the Apple CarPlay interface. In its current state, Qobuz is much less user-friendly than Spotify in a car environment. Features like adding favorites, artist-based radio selection, and recommendations are missing. Are there any plans to enhance the CarPlay app experience?
