    I’ve been using this app for about a year now, switching between premium and basic. I went to buy a month of premium again, and I was charged but the app never acknowledged it. I haven’t been able to contact the developers to get a refund, and Apple said no to a refund☹️

    Renewed my premium access that used to work perfectly now have no access to any premium workouts even though the app keeps saying I’ve renewed and have access till 2020. Why is there a block on the access again.
  • Don’t expect to pay and use the same day

    I wrote the paragraph below over a year ago (it took days to activate my account then) I renewed again today, and OMG over 1 year later, and they still haven’t fixed this problem!! (I paid four days ago and it still hasn’t unlocked.) Such bs to charge for Premium then make the customer wait days to use. My payment has been confirmed by Apple so I’m stuck for another year but will now look for another App. *** This app is so annoying. I use it in a pinch. Wanted a quick yoga session this morning. Upgraded to Premium. And guess what, 25 minutes later my account is charged but I still can’t access the locked sessions. From reading another reviewer’s experience, it should be unlocked in the next day or two. (Wish I’d read before buying!) In that case, my annual plan shouldn’t start running today. That’s cheating the customer, and most annoying that I’ve now missed my workout window for the day. But they have my money. Get your act together FitStar - er Fitbit (no live customer support, I tried; and it turns out fitbit owns this but as big as they are they don’t have any even echat support). At least let people know that if they buy today, they won’t be able to use the app for a few days. Bogus. 2 star v 1 bcz I’ve used app in past and like the convenience (when downloading doesn’t take ages).

    I used to have FitStar premium and LOVED it. Unfortunately, when I went to renew my premium membership this time, they charged me immediately and never updated my account to premium. I have contacted support via phone, online, and email and had no luck. Someone on the phone two days ago said that I would receive a follow up email, which I still haven’t gotten. I am going on day five of paying for a premium membership with promises of the app working out, and yet have no results to show for it. Currently think that this is a scam of an app, and would advise going premium at your own discretion. Will update this review if my account ever gets fixed or refunded.
  • Premium not working

    I purchased premium over a week ago and I still can’t access any premium workouts. I tried logging out & back in, I've deleted and reinstalled the app. I even tried to purchase again but since I “already have a subscription” I can’t. Nothing is working. I want a refund.
  • They never ever update!!!

    Used it for 2 years now, and it never updates it never changes the program. They say you can customize workouts but it won’t let you. Routines never change. Loved it but I guess I’ll have to find another app

    I’ve been using this app for over 5 years. It learns with you - increasing in difficulty as you improve skills and flexibility. One thing I truly do not like about other yoga apps is the music - I’m not a flute and flutter type of girl. Lol! I wish the developer would continue to support this app. It’s worth the annual fee. But several of the features no longer work - such as syncing with Apple’s Health app. But I still give 5-stars because it really is quality.

    I had never been one who enjoyed daily exercise but had been curious about Yoga. I downloaded the app since it was comparable with my Fitbit and after the first week I was hooked, I love my morning sessions so I had to buy the premium. When I came up on 30 days since I purchased the premium for a year I could no longer access my personal workouts. When I contacted the app’s customer service via Twitter, they were quick to respond and the next day my app is working correctly again.
  • Worst customer service, but hey they’re great at stealing your money

    Do not spend money on this. If it works, it is a great app. However, I recently redownloaded it after a long time of not using it, and I have had nothing but problems. First it wouldn’t connect to my Fitbit, and then when I purchased the subscription, it would not sync the purchase. I have been in contact with customer service for days, emailing back and forth, and it has been the worst customer support experience I’ve ever had. All I want is my money back for a service I cant use, and they keep telling me that all I need to do is log in to Fitbit. That hasn’t worked. It seems as though Fitbit has completely dropped support for this app, but they haven’t taken it down, which resulted in basically stealing my money.
