Description

Over 50 million people have signed up for Bumble to start building valuable relationships, finding friends, and making empowered connections. Creating new connections has never been easier. Bumble is working to lift the stigma of online dating by employing unprecedented standards for respectful behaviour. Because of this relentless dedication, millions of people are using Bumble to build valuable relationships every single day. DATE, MEET FRIENDS, NETWORK Bumble is at the forefront of matchmaking technology by providing an app that allows users to foster more than just romantic connections. The industry-leading app empowers users to swipe through potential connections across three different modes: Bumble Date: On Bumble Date, women make the first move. We’ve changed the archaic rules of the dating game so that you can form meaningful relationships in a respectful way. Bumble BFF: Life is better with friends. Whether you’re new to a city or looking to expand your circle, Bumble BFF is the easiest way to make new friends. Bumble Bizz: Now we’re in business. Use Bumble Bizz to network, find mentors, and create new career opportunities. Bumble is the first app of its kind to bring dating, friend-finding, and career-building into a single social networking platform. CHANGING THE RULES OF THE GAME At Bumble, women make the first move. In heterosexual matches, the woman has 24 hours to make the first move and the man has 24 hours to respond. In same-sex matches, either person has 24 hours to make the first move, while the other individual has 24 hours to respond, or else, the connection expires. By prompting our users to be bold and make the first move we’ve seen over 3 billion messages sent to date. THE BUZZ IS REAL “Bumble exists to empower women...” (Fast Company) “Bumble is just an app: but it’s changing the discussion.” (Wired) “Bumble offers an alternative that prioritises meaningful connections, with women calling the shots:” (UK Sunday Times) “Bumble rejects hate speech to make users feel safe on its dating app” (Texas Standard) “What makes Bumble different from other dating apps...is its focus on giving women all the power. ” (Business Insider) --- Bumble is free to download and use, and that will never change for our main features. • No notifications

Despite having notifications turned on, both in app and in my settings, I never get notified when I have new messages. I’m accidentally ghosting people. Is there a way to fix this?

Straightforward app. Easy to navigate. Not many results though.
  • App Malfunctions, customer service wont make it right.

Your app has constantly been malfunctioning since the last update. Showing the same photo for 5 accounts in a row, then it malfunctioned on a super swipe. Never went through after payment. Remained on the same account. No animations. No coin. Nothing. I purchase another coin to complete this action, and it functions properly. After talking to customer service in a dozen emails back and forth, the app super swiped some account I never even saw on the first purchase. Customer service will not even acknowledge this problem, much less refund me. Your app malfunctioned. Make it right. Edit: If you have an issue with any app, any company, talk to them via social media. There are actually sensible people running the social media accounts. The people replying to emails are clueless. Bumble has now made this right with me.

The reason for one star is due to each time there is a match with myself and another, it disappears. I have reached out several times, but it is too coincidental to happen every time there is a match that creates Boom. I actually think it is to maintain your subscribers. Thank you for the opportunity to comment.
  • Charged me $50 for a free trial

I’ve used bumble for a long time, I’ve even paid for premium content at times. Recently was sent a offer for a 14 day free trial and was charged $49.99 immediately. Deleting my profile and writing bumble off. I’ve met plenty of woman through the app and it definitely works but I’ve noticed that recently the quality has gone way down, I think a lot of women aren’t using it anymore. Maybe this is one of the reasons. Pure dishonesty from a company is a very unattractive and unacceptable business model.
  • Horrible algorithm

The algorithm on here is worse than any dating app I’ve used so far. I’ve lived in 2 different cities since making an account and in both cities I get the same people every day multiple times per day. There is a few users in particular that I’ve blocked and reported many, many times only for them to show back up in my deck just a few seconds later. At least Tinder and Hinge will actually block a user if you request it.
  • If you enjoy obnoxious pop-ups that have nothing to do with matches, you’ll love this terrible app

Don’t waste your time with this terrible app, go meet someone at the library, or the grocery store, it’s much better than being strung along digitally by someone who doesn’t give a crap about you, helped out by a terribly designed app.

Once you go through people in your radius, there’s nothing else to do! Would like the opportunity to make matches even if their not in my area.

Im just trying to change my age to 20. I was 12 when I made my Facebook account and they finally changed it, but my bumble account hasn’t. According to bumble I’m 34.
  • BumbleBFF broken

I think this feature is fundamentally broken. Cross gender friendship should be allowed but the app currently doesnt do that. Shows clearly the company’s intent that it isnt for making long lasting friends, if it did, it wouldnt place such restrictions
