I love this app

I love that the psychics have profiles with videos and things feel personal and I can touch the connection with who I am asking. Other places have been faceless usernames and I can tell the quality suffers, but not here.

This same company runs Purple Ocean. I will leave my honest experience with working here. This company has absolutely no integrity. It is set up to Drain, Spiritually Demolish your Soul, Well Being and Mental Health. The 4 females named Susanna, Ashley, Dana, Anabel ruin customer service and are bully’s to their on psychics and have a gang mentality. They will all gang up on a Psychic that they want to run away and make up lies on you. Then deactivate your account ( meaning shut down your ability to make a living ) with absolutely no explanation nor PROOF for why they are doing this. And when you ask them to present proof they will ignore you. They micromanage and yet when it benefits them they say you’re an independent contractor which equals no say and absolutely no benefits. They have no loyalty whatsoever to their Psychics and it makes no difference how much time, loyalty and excellence that you give to this company they will shut down your account with absolutely no remorse and no explanation. They are breaking so many laws and rules towards independent contractors that it’s borderline illegal. This company constantly creates sales that the psychics have to absorb the cost of and they lock your account so that you can’t change your price during sales days forcing you to take a pay cut without your permission. You're already getting paid a low percentage rate of 32% plus They charge each psychic a connection fee for every single call . On sale days ( which are often) they subtract an additional 50% pay cut on top of what they are already taking. They get 68% of your earnings plus tack on that connection fee. Which is completely out of balance. This company also allows and encourages bullying culture and behavior from clients by allowing them to contact you via a so called” clarity box “ after you have completed your session with them. The clients are allowed to continuously ask you questions for free via this so called “ clarity box” and if you do not answer their free questions they will threaten to leave you a negative review because they know the detrimental effect that 1 single negative review has on the psychics on this app. Bullying, draining, soul depleting energy resides here. Steer clear. Negative reviews on this site is weighed 1 negative review holds the same amount of weight as 100 positive reviews, which means if you get 1 negative review your income decreases astronomically and you are pushed down to the bottom of the line up for several months. Out of balance review and revenue system. They also allow clients that have shown repetitive abusive and irate behavior to call and harass you for there is no block button even though it has been requested over and over by an overwhelming amount of psychics that have worked on this app. The list goes on and on and on about misconduct and mistreatment from management towards Psychics that have worked for this company. If you don’t believe me simply Scroll through the other reviews that have been left by psychics that have worked on this site and you will see the unfair inhumane Treatment that I’ve mentioned in this review being mentioned over and over again. Working on the site will make you literally sick. Word of cation to Psychics considering working here … know that this site is FULL of energy vampires and soul suckers. If you are psychic, I advise you to stay very far away from this site . Based on the way that this company is being run I predict that they will not last much longer. The continuous mishandling of Psychics is going to implode on them . It’s not worth the drain and toll that working here takes on your mental health, soul body and wellbeing. There are far better Psychic company’s to give your time energy and gifts to. This one is NOT IT. It’s very low vibrational . You’ve been warned.

Really awesome app. There are tons of very talented readers, energy healers, mediums, and anything else that suits your fancy. I’ve never had a bad reading. The prices are good and I always tip each reader because they’re so excellent at what they do. It also makes a great gift for your woo woo friends. You can ask for a reading on their behalf and the video you get in response can be shared. Great app, definitely worth trying out!

The people on this team are amazing, extremely accurate and clear with their explanations and provide clarity to avoid any misunderstanding. I love this service.

To be honest, there are a lot of advisors on purple ocean that are some of the best in existence. I don’t like that the options given to customers who choose to submit a review on their site—either a green smiley face or a red face with a frown for positive reviews and negative reviews. Overall, it is not a true reflection of an advisors ability nor what I’d like to convey. A simple 1 out of 5 rating would definitely suffice. Sometimes the advisors will not be able to finish their final message within 3 minutes, which has resulted in a follow up question in the comments section wherein the advisor may or may not reply. Some advisors are nice to finish in the comments. And sometimes the advisor won’t be available for a follow up, which I feel isn’t fair because then you’d have to spend more money instead of the small-ish discount you might get if they had just waited around a little longer. Sometimes advisors may take on too many clients resulting in a late reading where you have the option to cancel. There are usually frequent sales, which is nice especially since they have recently raised their prices $2 to $3 depending on time of requested delivery.
