i actually can't believe how much i'm enjoying highrise, like really?! i saw an ad online and immediately installed it. the avatars and clothes are so cool! i can live my fashion dreams without spending a fortune. cottage core and dark academia are my fave aesthetics (i know, pretty different vibes haha), but I haven't won any style challenge yet 😟 but it's not your average fashion game, no no. actually, it's much more than that. it's a very social app! there are rooms, chats and you can follow people just like on regular social media apps. it's a bit overwhelming sometimes but overall super fun! people are nice and helpful to newbies like me. i couldn't understand how to use emotes in the beginning but someone at club rise helped me! it was a bit awkward but i was thankful! I really really want a pet owl - how do i get it?? they are so so cute! can you help me?

This game is good if you have a lot of money and don’t seem to have a conscious when it comes to spending it. I spent so much money on this game just to regret one small purchase probably equaling up to $10.99 and when I refunded it they banned my account. I didn’t know that this is how the company would handle it until after it was already done. I began to panic and tried my hardest to get in contact with apple support to cancel my request of refunds and they told me they couldn’t do it. So I essentially lost 3 years of progress and all my items because they banned my account.

Really fun game but I can never go down to offers in shop and it won't ever load so there's no way j can get gold except buying it with real money but I don't have much money.

As much as I enjoyed my time playing the game, I honestly dislike how they banned people. I, myself was banned because I had multiple accounts. But the reason why I had multiple accounts was because my surveys would often not work on my main account, and as someone who can’t afford to buy gold every single time, I rely on surveys a lot to buy in the game. Along with that, they banned me until 2124, which I don’t understand why they banned me for such a long time, cuz I honestly don’t think that what I did was that big of a deal. I also spend money on the subscription that I haven’t finished yet and bundles I bought in the past, so losing all those items really made me upset along with losing almost all my friends on there. Also when I emailed them about my appeal, I tried telling them my explanation, but when I did it seems like they ignored me. So I’m unhappy with the lack of response I’m getting related to the issue. If I’m getting banned, they should at least hear my explanation. Along with that, I also wish they fix the surveys so then me and some other people don’t have to keep making multiple accounts. And I honestly do think they should change the years of being banned. And since I’m banned in 2124, it’s gonna take 100 years for me to get it back, but there no point cuz by then I’m too old to play. Like why are you gonna ban someone for that long if they’re gonna be too old by the time the banned is up? I still have 100 years to go until my account is unbanned and by then I wouldn’t be able to post play it cuz by then I’m gone. And especially banning me for that long cuz of multiple accounts is really dumb, like 100 years of being banned just because of multiple accounts is crazy. I honestly think they could’ve made it temporary banned since what I did wasn’t serious, which I think is unfair banning. People do get banned for this shouldn’t be banned this long cuz it’s dumb and all the money they might have used in the game has gone to waste.

Among its interesting characteristics, the worst is how money hungry the developers are. If you want to be accepted by most of the players, you need to spend hundreds of dollars on in-game gold. For the free players that are accepted, people are shocked to hear they had spent relatively nothing. Not only that, but if you speak out against High-rise or its staff there is a chance they will punish you by banning your account, effectively stealing your money and leaving you without a game. Save yourself the heartache and the financial strain and find another game if you can’t handle the stress.
