Review Update: My son was signed out of Codespark a week and a half ago and still can’t log back in. I’ve been in contact with the Begin team for close to two weeks and they have initiated 5 password resets and none have worked. They are no longer updating me on the progress of their investigation. I still have 3 months left of my year subscription. I loved this app and fully intended to renew but this has changed everything. My son LOVES creating short movies and games on codeSpark. This is a great intro to coding and sequencing. Sometimes the app glitches and we would have to restart to get it fully functioning again.

Can you allow people to remix stories? It would be great to allow that. Also, you added a bug. This one was the walk to parameter. Everyeye time I tapped on it, the app glitched out! Oh, and one more thing. Can you add the new villain now? I want to use it.

This is only for the developers to read. Anyways, a few months ago, I’m not sure how long ago, but it was a few months ago. I got this letter in the mail saying play codeSpark Academy with your friends! Try one week free! Was this sent by the developers of this game? Is this indication that there will be a new multiplayer mode? What the heck is this? If you know what it is, please make a developer response and tell me.
  • No customer service

It would’ve been a good app if we could actually use it after paying a $100 for the subscription. It keeps saying “inactive subscription” and the customer service is absolutely unresponsive.

This app charged my husbands card for two months and I had no way of logging in. Customer service was awful, could not find my account somehow or give me any answers. I was forced to cancel!
  • Can't log in

App worked at one time. Now I get a server error when trying to log in using my Apple ID. Tech support says I don't have an account but the charge shows under subscriptions $99.99 for an app I can't use.
