    I was getting a ticket dismissed. This app allowed me to move at my own pace with no big test at the end, just questions along the way. I was able to break it into whatever chunks worked for me and even had the thing narrate so I could just zone out and listen. 5 stars. Highly recommend.

    Press the wrong verification question about me on accident and it makes me fill out my information again. When it gets to the driver license information, it becomes a piece of garbage and doesn’t let me press “Save”. I have the information filled out and just stuck and can’t complete the last chapter of this dumb app. Not even doing this for a ticket, waste of time.

    The course was well organized and clear. I did not have any issues with the app, pausing in order to take breaks. The certificate was emailed immediately following the course. If you are looking to dismiss a ticket, or save some money on your automobile insurance, this is definitely the easiest way to get those things done.

    Been riding dirty for 5 years, didn’t wanna sit in a class & a bunch of other online classes were stressful to get through & LOOONNNNNG ‼️but Aceable was the best way to go for me now I’m happy to say I finally got my drivers license 🙏🏿‼️

  • Don’t bother trying to use it for Harris County in Tx

    If you want to dismiss a ticket, you have to select a court. All the other counties I tried would pull up the specific courts, except Harris. It just does the thinking wheel then does nothing. The help section is a white screen with nothing on it. I used to love this app, but it doesn’t work the way it used to.

    Unless portability is important, Phone App may not be worth the money since playback speed does not work. Just use the PC and save money..

  • Easy to use online and mobile platform

    I read some reviews about how Aceable was the only defensive driving service that provided an actual app. It’s easy to use and it picks up right where you left off using their online service. The only issue is that there is a lot more reading versus other options that may provide more videos.

  • Finished and can’t get certificate

    Cannot find an email or phone # to contact anyone on this matter. The app keeps looping the last 4 pages! I am sure I did everything correctly. Please contact me and send me my certificate. I did check my emails as well. I have my receipt.
