    It just won’t let me pay it keeps saying “we are not able to place your order at this moment” I reset my phone, the app, delete it and reinstall, log out log in, used another phone, etc I’ve tried everything. I’m convinced they just don’t want my money

    Terrible navigation throughout the app, and whenever I place an order the code number disappears from my screen and there is no way to pull it back up. Makes it difficult for the staff to find my order when I arrive and I have to prove to them I placed the order. Always a pain.

    This is the second worst app, only surpassed by Taco Bell. I only really like the chicken sandwich which they f’d up starting c. 2007. I HATE YOUR POTATO ROLL. The most disgusting thing in fast food by far. But the app won’t let me sub a sesame seed bun which I can do at the restaurant. There’s so many other subs you can do at the counter that the app won’t let you do. So I just go to Burger King instead, where they’ve made the fixes to their app that users suggested. Plus their burgers are wayyyyyyyyy better. Every single piece of food behind the counter should be available to add or substitute. But we all know why you won’t. So SEE YOU AT BURGER KING!

    Simplifying my review in hopes they stop deleting my review to keep their ratings high😐. This app is buggy and sometimes it will crash and log me out when I’m doing curbside pickup so I have to go inside and always explain the app is bugging and explain my order to them. Really frustrating that this happens more often than not. This needs to be looked into, this bug is seriously annoying

    Took 3000 points on a rewards order just for them to say system is down and points are non-refundable. My meal was not served. Terrible app experience

    In the past four years, the price of a double cheeseburger has effectively doubled (from $2 to $3.99). The value menu is deceptive (just months ago you could get two sausage burritos for $3, now it’s $3.59 using the “value” menu). Outrageous
