LOTS OF ADS

Every time it updates, for the past 5 updates, it reverts to the ‘lite’ free version, when i have a paid version, and i have to spend hours getting it to fix. it does not retain the status OR login, the ‘enter license’ option is missing, and it is now unusable AGAIN.

Even though I uncheck PDF Pro as default, it opens all PDFs from my emails. Then, when I edit, it tells me saving the changes isn't allowed. I cannot revert to Preview, which allows you to save changes. Paid for this, deleting it because it interferes with my work.

THE EDITING FUNCTION IS NOT AS GOOD AS IT WAS BEFORE. I DO NOT LIKE THE NEWEST UPDATE. I WISH I COULD GET MY OLD ONE BACK. I CANT EVEN HIGHLIGHT A PHRASE. IT DOESNT WORK.

Ever since they added the AI component when I open most PDFs it locks up when it's scanning the PDF in order to" help me"

No stars. After under a year of use and working fine, the app suddenly will not open as of march 2025. I've rebooted and uninstalled but cannot re-install.

Always freezes once you start scrolling, and sometimes forces the entire mac to freeze. Do better.

After paying the heafty price for this app, I'm going to pay more for Adobe products because this is the most useless app I've purchased in a while. I contacted their customar services and they gave me some excuses about loggin in. when I replied that I paid so I don't have to do this, she insisted that it should be working, just hit the tab of "Fill and Sign". I did, it's working. thanks for nothing. No phone to call for support BTW.

There literally isn't a SINGLE thing you can do without paying for their premium version, waste of time

Every time I type on the pdf it lags, I have to then go back to fix the words that weren’t spelled right or that were just not typed omg such of waste of time doing that too
