Sometimes the app take to much time to load, even with wifi and also you can improve the apple tv app, because it lacks of many functions such as the iphone app

Much of my listening in on the nyc subway where there is no cell service. Ever since updating to a new iPhone, Tidal has been absolutely useless. All downloads are frozen, which means I can’t listen to music without cell connectivity. Ready to switch back to Spotify.
  • No Search Button

Tidal has removed the search function from all its apps, so you cannot search for anything. I tried the android app too, same thing. Have canceled my subscription and removed the app from all my devices :(

Download feature is atrocious and most songs just won’t download. They removed the crossfade feature. App is going downhill fast. Been using the app for at least 5 years but might have to switch. App is borderline unusable.
  • "Info" Problem

I'm a longtime user of TIDAL; it's my preferred music streaming service. There has been an issue recently where I am unable to expand the "Info" section in the cases where there is more information written about the album. This is one of the features I really appreciate, especially when exploring artists and genres I am not familiar with. Please try to fix this soon.
  • Buggy, naggy and lame

I really wanted to like Tidal. But it's garbage. I'm currently getting nagged while I'm trying to listen to music, to update the app. The music often doesn't load, even when on the lowest quality setting and I have perfect internet connection. The features are severely lacking compared to Spotify. It just isn't very good at all. I love what they're doing in terms of their royalty model, but the app is terrible. It's too bad.

Downloads are buggy and now album reviews are broken.
  • Good sound quality, bad smart speaker integration

The sound quality is great, but the Tidal app is a pain to play via Google home and on iOS. I might cancel before the end of my free trial bc it’s a significant pain point.

It really assumes you want the greatest hits. I’m not getting a good diversity of reach when letting it go expand your list. Frustrated for now. But I’m old and 45 and deeply into music.
