  • The syncing. The discovery.

    I love almost EVERYTHING about this app. The design is fantastic (I know lots of people don’t like it, but I do) the custom audio settings, like smart speed are GAME CHANGERS. But…the syncing and discovery are real issues. The discovery, I can get over because I understand as a small indie app, it can be tough, but the sync issues are just too much of an issue. I subscribed to a podcast, whose episodes were over a week old! I checked their RSS feed and podcast on other platforms, and it was completely up to date. This has happened to multiple podcasts, and is just a total dealbreaker.

    This was a great app for so long. What is happening? Both the iOS and desktop versions are failing to download episodes.

  • Great App but Poor Re-Design

    I’ve been a subscriber for many years. So, I can tell you when the latest re-design of the UI came out, I was very disappointed. The app still has great features; but they are not user friendly like the old design was. Now the features are difficult to access, and the app just looks terrible now. I made the mistake of updating the app on my iPhone, and from what I learned from that horrible experience taught me not to update the app on any of my other devices. Marco, please bring back the old UI!

    After i tried them out i completely switched over from the app that i was using, I loved the app that i was using but it started giving me trouble with not removing shows when they were done (& i had it set to do so) & so other things that i wasnt happy with, tried these guys & this app had everything that i wished the app that i use to use had.
