    Look elsewhere for invoicing since it’s constantly crashing and won’t save invoices. Also sending invoices through Wave is now lock behind a paywall and that was once free. Moving back to quickbooks

    It’s out the door out ever they never respond to anything. They don’t allow me to get a invoice from a person they pay me through the app. They placed my money on hold because they said it was a large amount. And they need additional information to take it off hold. I provided them all the information you need. I still haven’t received my money. Please don’t use this app. It is horrible.

    Why can’t I get a live agent in chat or anyone to email me back???? I upgraded to Pro and will be cancelling already, it also says I can’t receive payments.

    Harmed my business. After a client paid for my services wave decided they need to verify my account. I filled out everything immediately. Customer service wouldn’t respond. Finally I received word that they were refunding my clients payment. Do not use them. They will absolutely harm your business.

    Coming from Quick Books to this platform and WOW what a difference. It's a great platform and very easy to understand and use. Like any new product it certainly needs some added features that I'm sure will come. Once that happens, this would certainly be a five star review.

    Went through the complicated process of setting up my payments, only to arrive at a screen saying that they were having trouble reviewing my info. It’s been like that for days, and there is no customer support unless you use the paid version. The chat bot sent an email with my question to support, but I have received no response. Would be a really nice tool, as the UX is solid, but if I can’t receive payments through my invoices, that’s a deal breaker. I would recommend quickbooks self-employed instead. There’s a subscription fee, but the platform works.
