    I rarely write a review but I want to thank you for this app. It has greatly improved the quality of my life. I began falling asleep without warning two years ago and it has become increasingly worse. Not only did I set my stove on fire but I fell asleep at a traffic light and rolled into oncoming traffic. Thankfully everyone was ok thanks to the defensive driving of others. I gave up driving, cooking on the stove, etc for 8 months. I went through 6 sleep studies and all the usual suspects like sleep apnea were ruled out. I found this app and figured I’d treat it like I do gym memberships and meal preps. (Do it for 2 weeks and then forget it). After the first week of using Pillow, I discovered that I was averaging 0.03% REM sleep. This explains why I never remember dreams, I wasn’t having any. I followed the tips suggested, learned my optimal bedtime, all lights off , meditations or bedtime story from Matthew McConaughey, etc. I’m now averaging about 22% REM and staying awake with no effort. I’m back to cooking, jam making, gardening, and driving and I have so much more energy. One small issue is it accused me of snoring only once. I listened to the audio and wish to report that this was not me. The snorer in my home was my chihuahua, Chilly, who decided to curl up next to my phone. Maybe y’all should invent a Pillow Tracker for dogs next. 😀 Sincere thanks for bringing normal back to my life.

    And I love it, can’t sleep without it and never want to. It doesn’t do much in the department of helping me get a solid 8hrs of sleep but it does get me 2-3hrs at least. It also keeps me aware of my sleep and oh so gently tells me that I am a crazy monkey person while sleeping. I move so much in my sleep that it constantly thinks that I am awake but once I reanalyze and tell Algoee that I run marathons (in place, I’m not sleep running) in my sleep for fun but I’m dead asleep still. Most of the time Apple won’t even record sleep stages bc I’m a professional in place runner, but Pillow grabs my sleep right out of thin air.

    The free version of the app is pretty good. It offers the information I need; how many sleep cycles I have per night, what stages they are, how long I've been asleep or awake, and also my sleep quality. The sleep quality part is only a percentage, but it still is interesting to see my sleep percentage slowly go up by 2% every night. The only reason I would need to get premium is if I started snoring in my sleep, which I know I don't do because of my family, or if I want to see why my sleep percentage is the way it is without having to reflect or add up the hints so much.

    It seems to work pretty good so far especially considering I have a sleep study Saturday night so we’ll see if the data is accurate. If so I would like the app but seems lil costly for something just for sleep

    I love this sleep app. I use it with my Apple Watch and I have no problems with it. It breaks down your sleep in great detail. I am sleeping better now that I have this app. I noticed that the time I go to bed regardless of what time I get up makes a big difference in my sleep quality. I also have realized that I feel the best at 7.5 hours of sleep.
