    I love shein i think its really good actually but the only critiques i have is that sometimes the points you get, get taken away if you dont use them like umm i made those point why are you taking them away. Another thing is the tracking is sat back a little and updates you late tracking instead of new, but besides that i like it.

    I had purchased 11 items was supposed to arrived between April 15-19. Today is the 26th no reply when I tried to reach them or anything. And worst part can’t get my returns.

    Clothes are usually great, prices are great, however, if you need to reach customer service, good luck. There is no such thing with this company. They tell you repeatedly they’ll email within 24 hours and you’ll never hear from them!!!!!

    Customer service does not exist and they do not solve problems you pay for shein club and it glitches At first it was ok a lot of items are cheap like dollar tree . Delivery takes over two weeks . Also when you pay in full for the club benefits they never work the customer service is slow & they dont solve the problem yes some clothes are cheap but the material isnt meant to last. The site also has a lot of fake reviews ppl write for points and there is always a glitch.

    If you are looking for lowest quality of any product, go to SHEIN. SHEIN will place a nice quality for add and then send you lowest quality of clothes,I regret wasting my money with SHEIN. I wish I can return this trash back to you people

    the game puppy keep is annoying. you’re awarded a free gift, & at first it goes by quickly, but towards the end it just gets harder & harder making you not even want to finish it. which in return pushes me away from even wanting to order anything. get it together.

    they are very shady with returns and you want to return 80% of their products due to its low quality. Item says refundable but when you go to the cart there js no way to return some of their items. And customer service doesn’t do anything about it. Its just robot when it comes to return certain items and you can’t talk to anyone. Horrible and very angry

    I have been shopping on SHEIN since it first began. I have never had an issue; but as of lately it has gone downhill so fast. First, they only sent me my accessories after charging me for my entire order including clothes. It took me two weeks to finally get a refund and I had to put each individual ticket in to get a response. DONT even bother playing their games. It’s an absolute SCAM. They get you to sign all your friends up to shop with them and then last minute when you try to put in your last couple friends to win the competition they give you error messages but still sign them up for the app. They like to exploit you. When you try and reach out to them for assistance because you worked so hard to win the prize. They have you send a bunch of “evidence” then deny your request no matter how much you show. This was my favorite app and now I’m geniunely going to delete it. I won’t support that kind of buisness
