  • Sprint Users BEWARE

    By Lauren1190
I had been using this app for several months and was very happy with it. Then I upgraded my phone and had all sorts of issues. I contacted support several times and they just kept reactivating my service. It still wasn’t functioning properly and people couldn’t even leave voicemails. I had my final chat today and the rep didn’t seem very interested in helping me. He said Sprint was complicated in setting up and wasn’t sure it would work. So WHY was I sold a service that would end up not working for me? And who knows why it worked on my previous Sprint phone. When I talked with Sprint, they told me I couldn’t have a voicemail and conditional call forwarding setup. This app is a great concept...if it ACTUALLY works for you.
  • Poor customer Service NO ONE to Care about customers

    By DM0619
I sent them a letter that I was having issues and they did not want to pick up the phone and find out why a 7 year old customer is not happy . Based on that I am charging back on my charge and not going to be customer any more . Apple store you should remove them because they take your money but don’t want to give customer service by phone . They use to and stopped it, so with that I grade them a F for Failing !
  • Unknown callers

I tried the app and I like how it filters all spam numbers in a collective group. The thing is when I received unknown callers it didn’t identify it
  • FREE

Instead of charging people per month to use TrapCall, it should be free. Peace of mind shouldn’t cost anything.
  • Very skeptical

I need an app I can rely on. And as far as this goes based on the review left by the last person, I don’t this is for me. I think I will pass. Technology hasn’t come far enough ahead yet. Thanks anyway guys. Caller ID are just a necessary evil at this point.
  • Don’t use it

    By Lperez204
Used it and in 2 weeks money was coming out of my bank acct. dangerous app
  • Did not work; no live chat support during business hours

    By Bottom Line Up Front
No Caller ID provided for my brothers iphone calls (he is in my contact list). Did not ring. He said it transferred call and rang. No live chat provided during office hours stated on the website and in app. Last night, I stayed onto obtain live chat support this morning. But there were is no opportunity to obtain live chat in spite of time spent in Support blog sites.
  • Worked good for a while, then confusion

    By Yesyoudid!
This worked great on my iPhone XR unmasking and blocking certain numbers on my blacklist for about 6 weeks. Then I had multiple people that are in my contacts getting completely blocked, while others were not. No explanation for this was aparent in the settings. Hey trapcall, why are regular numbers getting completely blocked?
