As in title, clean interface and easy to use. As mentioned by another reviewer, I would also prefer iOS Health interface read as a workout instead of just energy expended so that workouts can be tracked over time instead of just lost into a random days calories.
Overall, though, highly recommend for basic Tabata needs and I would even consider upgrading to pro if devs are committed to maintaining/ updating app going forward.

App works great. I like that it ties into my music that I have stored on my phone.
Excellent app; please add a monthly total completed each month.

Workout can be intense for someone just starting out. I loved it, it was tough at first but worth the results.

This is the most confusing interval timer. It’s an interval time doesn’t need to be complicated. Could not use my music either.
Works great for run/walk intervals

I use the app for beginner runner workout.
Good App- needs to log the workout in the health app as an actual workout though.

Good, but would like to use other music sources than iTunes and log the workout in the health app as an actual workout not energy.
