    Having freezing issues. When I open the app it completely freezes and I can’t proceed. I’ve closed it, quit out of it several times and no change.

    I’ve played gummy drop for years. Lately I’ve had to watch 2 -3 adds before I get the reward. Is this a glitch in the game or a new tactic by the developers? FIX THE BOOKING.COM ADS. They make me replay their ads 2-3 times before I get my reward.

    I love this game. The new cities and their landmarks are a great way to learn about the world. I wish the timer on the wheel was a shorter time though. The special challenge landmarks are very hard to get through in the days allotted. I never seem to make all 3 times and be awarded the points. These especially should have less time to accrue more moves or lives. I play this game all the time, it is very addicting. ***** 5 starsI used to love this game until I lost my cities I had finished. I have tried everything and I am back at Sydney. I will not keep playing until my game is restored, I was way up to a city in South America. I had others opened, such as Boston, Seattle, Cairo, Dallas, Melbourne, Edinburgh, many more. That's too much too redo.

    This game is terrible. If you dont get enough resources, you get stuck on the levels you have, the only way to win them is to use powerups.

    You really need to improve your app. It’s been ongoing for more than two years. I’d have rated it higher if I didn’t keep losing rewards because it often gets stuck at ads and I lose rewards 😒

    I used to love this game. Played it more than any other game. Recently though, with the latest update too many changes have come up. The coins you get for finishing a level, have been cut almost in half. Also, the lives have been lowered from 5 to 3. I still play this game, but have been disappointed with the updates. The game isn’t as much fun as it was.

    For awhile you had a good run of no glitches, no long running ads, plenty of opportunities to actually win games and here we are, starting off 2025 with multiple ads, ads freezing, losing lives, ZERO boosts, not even in the daily chest and most certainly not even to start the game after watching an ad. These are all things people have consistently complained about and you slowly fixed them and now they’re all back even worse than they were before. Shame on you.

    I get email rewards but when I click on button in email it sends me to Apple Store and then hit open and never get reward. Very frustrating.
