  • Subscribe but not working

    By Emdtruth
I like the id app a lot because of its short stories and it’s wide range of topics. You can read on any topic ranging from love to finances and even the crypto market but here’s is the down side, I subscribed to a premium package but I haven’t still been able to read stories as it keeps telling me I need to subscribe. I try to resubscribe but it still won’t work. Admin please look into this ASAP as my subscription is wasting away and I’m not getting the benefit of what I paid for . Thanks Medium
  • Great App, Hideous Icon

    By tigerpro
I recommend you get this app, but you’ll definitely want to stash it away in a folder so it doesn’t contaminate the beauty of your iPhone’s Home Screen.
  • Sorting

    By The Pyrex Kid
Why can’t I sort by date? I’m sorry but I don’t want to keep seeing the same month old article at the top of my feed…
  • This review is for the app

    By Sarah a m
I just upgraded and am very confused by the new UX. There are a few major issues: 1. Naturally, people use the app to post comments on each others pieces and have conversations. The app does not allow for you to view the back and forth exchange you are having on an article. The most you get is the ability to view an isolated response back to your comment via notifications. Meaning, you are expected to remember the original conversation/comment you made. A huge oversight. 2. You get a notification that someone clapped on your article. You want to see said person’s profile. I have tried clicking on the clap button under my article…. The app no longer reveals the list of people who have engaged. I also can’t click on the profile of the person when I get a notification of a clap. Meaning, I have to MANUALLY search the person’s name. Am I missing something or is this another huge oversight?
  • Image zoom-in bugged

    By 工商执法
After zooming in an image, panning the image will immediately animate the image back.
  • Very laggy

    By bluesapphyrr
The display changes or profile changes take forever to show. Keeps showing green notifications for already seen/checked activities. The media button that leads to the camera roll on the phone is skewed and bad quality. Very frustrating to use as the loading thing keeps spinning for no reason. Would love it if it was smoother to navigate. I love Medium please make it faster and smarter for people like me who do most of their writing on the phone.
  • Great company, but not so much a great app.

    By TheMarie
Features you can get online are not available on the app (i.e., sorting responses, copying a friend link, hiding responses, etc.). Pretty obnoxious as a writer to deal with the limitations on the app, especially since I can’t always get to an actual computer to use them.
  • There is something seriously wrong with the app

    By Yelaarag
There is something seriously wrong with the app. First, it wouldn’t let me sign in, it just kept refreshing to the same startup page. Then it finally opened days later, but nothing was visible on the page and it kept glitching and crashing. It seems like it would be an amazing app, but I can’t even access it.
  • What makes an app get a 5 star rating

    By 808BlockChain
Medium is so well rounded, it’s a one stop treasure trove of information…!!! I would recommend anyone to join follow their preferred topics and start reading. Myself I follow anything having to do with Blockchain technology or crypto news… I’ll tell ya you can truly get the ports of what’s currently happening 24 seven on Medium
  • App needs caching and state recognition

    By kionysus
I like medium a lot, but I really hate the way this app will constantly lose my half read and open content and take me back to the main display. To expand on this, I leave the app open on my phone and read a bit and come back later to finish but half the time I end up at the Home screen with no path to what was left open. You basically have to constantly bookmark everything. Caching needs to be implemented to prevent this.
