The amount of workouts in this app are very good to help you work up a sweat and seem pretty effective. The 7 minute one gets your heart pumping to get stronger but doesn’t put pressure on your muscles which is very appreciated. There are many workouts to choose from and you can create a goal to help you stay motivated in the meantime. I’m doing this to be more determined and hope this works for me in the long run!

Give an alert if the beginning will start on the floor. Also make the transition from standing exercises to floor exercises or floor to standing more coordinated.
