  • TOO MANY ADS!!!! Greedy developer!!!!!

    If I were to put a review few years ago, I would definitely give 5 stars, but now they just put too many ads and make it unusable for the users. I understand you have to make money, but there should be a balance and not annoying the person who interacting with it. To the developer: If you dont take my comment seriously, you will see a series of your loyal customers fly away and you will loose big time because of being greedy on the ads. To be honest, even those ads are not effective and I totally ignore them, so it is not making me attracted as I am on a different mood when I came for this app. You definitely lost me on this. There are several other similar apps which dont have this headache and I will join those instead. Sorry!!!

    I’m a big fan of all of the different games that Peak has to offer that help you work on various skills to help sharpen your brain. The games are engaging and fun! The workouts it creates are balanced and help me practice consistently. The only thing I really don’t like is that the game compares your scores to the general average score of other folks after every game. I’m playing these games to improve and challenge myself, not to beat any one else’s score or constantly compare myself to other people’s performances.

  • Ongoing glitches

    While playing some games, app glitches make it impossible to complete the round. Very frustrating. I’ve lost several high scores due to this.

  • Stolen my money

    I upgraded to premium and I added a lifetime Cambridge training. For the former they say “your purchase is associated with a different account” and for the latter they say “error” but I was charged both times. I have not heard back from support even though I sent multiple emails. Terrible experience.

    Ad before and after every game, even when the app closes itself after An ad it’ll make you watch another. What a shame

    Happy deleted! Ads were ridiculously too long . Subscription costs as much as a movie channel. Reflects contempt for their own customers. Developer response is some stock garbage about how they need to make money. Got it. That’s no excuse for showing one minute ads for products I have no interest in. And God help you if you accidentally click too early on the ad! It launches you to the App Store with no way back. Make no mistake: They just hate you.

    I have been using for years. All of the sudden the workouts keep repeating games already completed. I can’t complete a workout. It’s broken Revised. They reached out Issue seems to have fixed itself. Good customer service. Thank you!
