    This has taken days to attempt to give registered. I only have one phone number and 3 accounts. It’s making this more difficult than it should be.

    I’ve been trying to get this resolved for days. Face ID verification step hangs and ultimately fails. Email support asked me to send screen shots with no method to do so (email replies bounce back). Chat now has me on perma hold. Super frustrating. Now FBA has lost my shipment. Unbelievable. Zero help.

    I love the seller central app, but I think there could be minor adjustments to make it more mobile friendly. I wish I could print directly from the app rather than switching to the desktop version. I would also like to see more reports and sales analytics as well through the app.

    Books are not showing up on Amazon out of 30 books a total of 4 showed up for sale. The rest vanished what a waste of time. Never had this problem before this new app. I don’t like it, please fix the new app and stop wasting my time. Shaun

  • The worst platform to sell

    The platform want you sell international but the rules and fees are not clear as far as duty fees VAT fees. For some odd reason the platform will reject a business credit card that has over $15k on it at all times saying it’s invalid but wait there is no human rep you can call to fix the issue. Completely unfair

    When you have multiple accounts and one of the accounts has an invalid charge method, you can’t switch to any of the other working accounts. Also no way to delete old accounts from the list. I’m an Amazon consultant so I have access to many.
