Wasted money…forms will not download

I have been trying to download some templates I really need for a bit now and when I hit download it just keeps spinning. It seems as if though I was able to access the template before but it is no longer usable. I did pay for the pro version of this app. I love the other templates I’m able to use I would just really like to get the staff templates.

I owned this app for many years and it is amazing but all of a sudden I cannot print from the app anymore. I have to email myself from the app and then print from the email. I’ve notified the company but nobody seems to be able to help me please update this app. It’s amazing.

Jiolito’s 10/23/2024 review is still valid. Many of the templates still cannot be downloaded, including my favorite template. I believe the developers of this formerly outstanding app have completely abandoned it. The app was absolutely fantastic until this latest glitch appeared. Now I fear that the time is approaching when I will lose all of my precious documents created with this app. Throughout the many years that I have used this app daily, it was clearly 5-star worthy. However, in light of this serious problem the best rating I can offer is 3 stars.

When I first downloaded this app is was great. But now not so much. Had to switch devices and now I can’t download the extra papers that I need.

This was my go-to note taking app for years, but recently I needed to download a new template and it never downloaded… just spinning forever. I tried multiple format packs to check if it’s a problem with just that set but none worked. Really wish there was an update.

The templates don’t download, the ones that do, the pencil skips. Not a good writing experience.

When I open a new document, I notice several downloadable templates. However, when I try to download them, I see a spinning wheel, but the download never completes.

I used to be able to print, but since the updates I have to send anything I want to print to my photos to be able to print.

The app is not downloading templates. Trouble reaching the server. I might not have paid much, but the app should work.
