    Magazines have stopped coming, no response to requests for help. Last update to software was 2 years ago.

    Not sure what happened, but I have had problems with not getting several current issues at a time during the past year. In the past I would get a response from customer service when I emailed. Now, no response at all the last 2 times I contacted them. My subscription comes due in Jan 2024 and I just cancelled the auto renewal. I have found another magazine app I will try to see if it is any better.

    6 month subscription paid for and yet it doesn’t let you view magazines as locked and asking for $2.99. I have deleted app and reinstalled and still same problem! I have contacted for support and is my 3rd attempt without response. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!

    I had years of magazines on here, so my husband wouldn’t throw them out. With this layout you can’t find your magazines. All of mine have disappeared anyway That is really a lot of wasted money. I like to keep them to reread and look up recipes ect

    The old version of the app worked great this new version I don’t get my issues like I used to every week had the subcription for years finally had to cancel way to frustrating.

    The previous version of this app worked so much better. Since the update, I no longer get the new issues each week like before. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app several times, which brought up a few issues, but not all the issues that should have already dropped. The Restore Purchases option doesn’t work at all. I’ve reached out to the developer (Vikas) directly three times. Each time he tells me he has no control over the content that appears in the app and I need to contact the publisher. This makes no sense. Since my subscription is active and current, the publisher has no reason to give me access to some issues but not others. In addition, everything I’ve described above is happening within the app itself. How can the publisher help me with issues that are clearly app-related? In the email he sent me last night, Vikas told me to let him know if I have any other questions. Again, this makes no sense; Vikas has made it clear that I won’t get any help from him. If you still want to download this app, go for it. Just know that if anything goes wrong, the developer won’t help you if the basic troubleshooting doesn’t work.
