I used this maybe 4 years ago and it was great. Now I have a need to use AWS workspaces again, and it will not even launch on my current generation iPad Pro. Judging from other reviews it looks like this product is plagued with issues, I hope AWS is able to revive it some day.

Due to licensing issues, my workplace had to switch to DCV workspaces rather than PCoIP. Unfortunately, Amazon’s app doesn’t support DCV.

Finally it does not crash when I select the username field, but it still *DOES NOT WORK AT ALL*.

Any typing attempts on login screen crashes the app. No sound. WSP doesn’t work. Copy paste doesn’t work. Overall, the iPad client is unusable even when it’s connected. After ipados18.1 the login itself isn’t working. At times removing and reinstalling the app works but it’s a hit or a miss.

The MacBook and Windows applications work fine for me, but the downfall is on my iPad Pro and iPad Air. Sound has been nonfunctional on the IPads since April, and now the application instantly crashes as soon as I tab into a field IF the keyboard and/or Yubi key are connected. I’m on all current versions, attempted to reinstall, etc. all to no avail. Amazon really needs to do a better job on the mobile version of the app.

After entering my registration code. The app crashes as soon as I try to highlight the USERNAME field to login. Completely unusable :-(

The product does not work on iOS 18 client on iPAD. There is no way to complain or register bug. When you open client and try to input data then it crashes.

I use this app daily on my laptop, I have 5 workspaces to access - so I have saved the registration codes with friendly names. With this app on my iPad - I cannot save registration codes with friendly names. Hope this will be fixed in next release.

Used to be a lifesaver now it’s a gamble

With Vision pro when you put in the password, or username the application crashes. Its 100% completely unusable.
