    In the area I live in that is upper Darby when it comes to ordering anything after 10pm my food comes terrible quality and mistakes and it’s not the drivers it is the stores and I really feel some type of way about that some times I get off work late and I just wanna enjoy my food and go to sleep or even relax then when get my food wrong I have to now contact customer service and hopefully they pay me back for the mistakes that happen then still sitting there like I’m still hungry things have to get better

    How is a thriving company going to have a wrong address for a a store. Placed an order to subway and it lead my dasher to the middle of nowhere. Called customer support and they were blaming me saying I should have picked a different address. Clearly DoorDash goes based off of what’s closest to you. DoorDash agent was rude and made me feel like I did not know what I was talking about. This is a a disgrace and how can DoorDash be this incompetent!!!

    Cook at home or just go get it yourself- it’s just not worth it ESPECIALLY IF YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GARBAGE.

    totally inconsistent and many doordash driver s steal my food or drinks. the workers are u ethical and take anything you have. i highly hate this app and its inconsistency.

    The person went to the wrong place even though I put my address in and when I called he screamed at me in Spanish. Absolutely the worst experience and eventually was forced to cancel my order. Absolutely do not recommend

    DoorDash hikes up the prices of restaurants and has multiple fees then expect us to tip the driver with a good tip
  • Poor technical with GPS and customer service

    I wasted the whole day with poor customer service, GPS , and communication to/from DoorDash. I believe some of that is related to glitches with the app and the other is related to the fact that they are short-staffed and customer service and policies don’t meet my expectations. After being a loyal customer of many years, I have canceled my DoorDash subscription. By bye

    After placing an order I was told by the app delivery wasn’t available (I believe as too the lack of dashers in area) I tried to cancel but was told I would only get the delivery costs (8$) out of my 45$ ORDER if I canceled bc they already started my order. But then the order (which consisted of milkshakes) came almost 2 hours after it was put in. Still I had to wait and couldn’t cancel the order bc “ they already started the order) absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional
