Disney Frozen Free Fall Game

Level 1381. What is the secret? It’s unwinnable. I wasn’t expecting easy, but this is brutal.

Daily rewards do not work.

I don’t blame Jam City Inc per se about the money grab situation as Disney initially created this game as well as several others and sold the games to various companies like Jam City Inc. Jam City is expanding or just naturally following Disney’s footsteps. Despicable Money Grab Issues 1. The game is so hard to play that literally I have to play one level 20 or 30 times to clear it. This is happening on every level including what is considered easy. The company forces players to make in app purchases to try to clear a level on the first try. 2. I didn’t understand a component of the game so I asked for support assistance thinking the game had a bug in it. The customer service rep was great in trying to find out what was going on until he decided he wanted to be a dumb behind and follow the company line. I realized this particular component requires multiple items to obtain so called items to be placed in the plaza in the game. I realized it was not an either use one thing or the other thing but it requires both things which you can only acquire by playing the levels. As I mentioned earlier it is very hard to win the levels on the first try without in app purchases. When the customer service rep was told behind the scene of the situation, he stopped communicating with me via the in app support. 3. There video ads to provide additional moves to a player but these ads are horrible. The ads are time consuming and many ads are from Plarix or whatever. The games from Plarix are horrifyingly as the games are always trying to maim, harm, or kill someone or some animal. Other ads are about men being cheaters to their significant others and children…I suppose Apple and Google Play and other online stores have no common decency to put warnings on questionable games but I suppose most people in the world really don’t think about these kinds of things. I wish Jam City and Disney as the original developers needed money in some shape or form. Jam City does play a major role in the money grab situation but Disney NEEDS to be ashamed of itself because it is trying to recoup the company’s money from purchasing Lucas Films (Star Wars), Pixar, and Marvel.

It’s fun winning levels, but it’s also relaxing.

I couldn’t find another way to contact you though the App Store so I’m trying here. I noticed this issue this morning. I’ve logged in every day this month and gotten the daily reward through yesterday. I logged in this morning and it didn’t pop up, I just did again and it’s telling me I missed the last 3 days even tho I’ve been playing all week (have screen shot if needed just need to know where to send to). Can this be fixed please? Thank you.

Since updating, I no longer have the daily reward when I open the app. Was this removed ?

Not getting the daily rewards since the last update, please fix.

Did y’all remove the daily rewards? Not to sound dramatic, but it was my only reason for playing this game. It was like my own challenge to see if I could remember to open the app daily and try to get a perfect week, or month of logging on. Now it no longer pops up when I log on…. Sad

This version can’t compare with the original. The games are not creative and the apps are redundant. I miss the holiday maps with unique challenging games.
