i’m confused on how the app is even supposed to work, it’s constantly asking for my money

Absolute terrible app. Waste of money and time. Like other reviews I’m reading..there are only women hundreds of miles away and tons of weird lame pictures with no bios or anything. Total scam. Customer service was a joke. Save your money.

No more users and you can’t message without buying gems even you have membership! So expensive for benefits. No worth

I have never sat and wrote a review on an app for a plethora of reasons, but after attempting to resolve the issue with company itself, I pretty much ran here to give the warning that they don’t give when you create an account. First and foremost, don’t make any jokes in your bio. No jokes whatsoever, be it sexual jokes, financially charged jokes, self-identifying jokes, just don’t do it. Why? Because they will permanently ban your account within minutes and then claim it’s your fault. For an app with such extreme measures for certain instances, they do not make everything clear in the “rules and regulations”, the “terms of agreement” OR the app itself because there is no introductory tutorial to help navigate the app. Many of us are left to figure it out for ourselves and had to learn the hard way. I was initially disappointed because I had not gotten a chance to actually feel out the app or make any connections because I changed my profile to include a joke that I believed was appropriate, given the atmosphere that the app promised all its consumers. But any app that falsely advertises their product, makes you pay for the most basic features and functions (i.e. preference settings),does not have a customer-forward system or principle, and has a very disrespectful and dismissive feedback and customer support team is never an app I want to even be associated with. Folks, that’s just the tip of the iceberg. There are pay-to-use feature incentives that they call “gifts” which you need to do almost any interaction that will help find you matches, and I STILL don’t know how they work due to the lack of navigation tutorials and the alarmingly brief time I was on the app. When other users send you a gift, you can’t accept them to use them later or convert into any other useful feature, so I’m not sure why they’re called “gifts” in the first place when they’re really just push notes. You can’t even find that information ON THEIR HELP PAGE. Nor will you find information that is useful in helping you learn the atmosphere of this wishy washy app. Final point that is important enough to have made me write this lengthy review in the first place, when I reached out to the folks who are responsible for the accounts, I remained as polite and respectful as possible. Although the app says you can reach out to them to possibly get permission to create a new account, they won’t give you that grace. They are going to be rude and dismissive and try to make you feel like it’s your fault that they are vague and over-correcting. Without reading the honest feedback I provided them, I got responses such as ”… If you don't play by the rules — you lose. So, for now, that's a goodbye.” and “ We do not give away the exact reason or situation so that you don't get upset with anyone in particular…” all without them actually reading it, (which I know because the email I sent them was rather lengthy and the response time was less than one minute. ) So if you still wish to download this app, hopefully this insight will help you make the best of your experience. •

I’ve been trying this app out for a few weeks. It doesn’t appear to have much of a community behind it, and the few matches I got most definitely were bots. Also this app just tries to get you to pay various in-app features which looks more like more of a scheme to get money. There is a chat roulette type feature where you can get put into conversations but it doesn’t appear to work. I’ve waited for over 5 mins and nothing. That being said don’t waste your time or money. If you are looking for what this app claims to offer you might as well use Feeld. That one isn’t that great either but there appears to be more people actually on it. This one is a total dud.

Its incredibly disappointing when you make the app seem like it’s free only open and be forced to pay to actually use the app. If it was going to be a paid thing then it shouldve be made aware at the beginning instead accepting the terms and uploading your info/pics just to be told to then pay for the app

Don’t bother downloading this if you don’t want to pay. You can’t even try it to see how it works or if you like it before they make you pay

I never leave reviews. I'm genuinely curious about this all, but you "can't do a single thing" to test it and get the experience before paying $50 for a year. Quite sad really.

You will inadvertently violate their terms. You will get flagged. There is no avoiding it you will get banned. Your case “throughly” reviewed and they won’t fix the issue. Your welcome.
