Why does it say you only pay if you profit yet once you sign up for the app they want you to subscribe and pay; not even a trial subscription is available. Also it doesn’t say whether or not it only covers cash tickets or if it includes mileage tickets. Not being able to test the app without buying a yearly subscription. I’m unable to give it anything more than a one star rating.

Not everyone uses apple two factor authentication nor wants to. Limiting users to sign in ONLY with apple ID makes the app unusable! Highly disappointed. I needed this app.

I’m someone who buys flights and then *constantly* checks to see if I can get a better deal down the road. I’m so grateful that an app like Jetback exists so I can buy a flight knowing I’ll get the best possible deal for it. The free trial is definitely helpful so you can see the system at work, and the staff have been super responsive and thoughtful.
