I subscribed to watch a full series and was stopped in the middle and asked for more money when I just was charged twice for the same subscription that I already had.

This was actually so sad and beautiful. Why does anyone bring another person into a relationship “family “? Just leave and let them have peace.

I wanted to skip to an episode since I’ve already seen the first few and I didn’t even click on them and it’s already making me pay for no episodes watched

Love this app but $300 a year is way too much! Most apps like yours is $200 a year and I will pay that but I absolutely will not pay $300. I’ll be content with the other short drama apps I’ve paid $200 a year to watch! I really love the shows on your app but no way am I paying that much. So please reevaluate your prices. Thanks!!

I subscribed specifically to watch a drama that was posted on social media. However, when I downloaded the app to watch with my subscription, the movie was incomplete at 30 episodes. Like it literally stopped in the middle of the drama. I reached out to support about this and they said I could watch other movies. That’s not the issue. They used this movie to get new subscribers then failed to provide the entire movie. They said the movie is complete at 30 episodes so no more episodes are available so it is a movie with no end. In case anyone is wondering, the movie is called “Betrayed by Vows, Driven by Love.” So I paid to watch a movie that is missing the second half. Who knows how many incomplete movies are on this app. Buyer beware.

Ads will not load for coins or free episodes. I’ve waited hours and they don’t look ad. It will say “failure to meet incentive condition” after 3 of the 10 offered. In Rewards, it says “cannot be displayed at the moment…”. I’m not new to these apps and have purchased a year membership on DramaBox, but even before I purchased I purchased, I never had issues like this. Nor have I had them on my GoodShort membership.

Paid for a thousand coins each episode is only 60 coins. Only covered 4 episodes.

Cost to much and add more money
