Still can’t advance to level 17

Put a ticket in 2 months ago and they said they’d fix it soon. A month later they commented on my review about the issue that it would be fixed soon. Another month later and the issue still isn’t resolved. They’ve had updates since then to “fix the bugs” yet the bugs are not fixed. Extremely frustrating that they are not actually fixing the issue. Good game when it works. Wish they cared enough to fix it. See an update and the issue still persist. SMH

After Chapter 11 it won’t let me continue - I’ve gone through every troubleshooting method possible and it’s still stuck! So sad bc I love this game
