    Most annoying thing in a new app version that you have to select customer to see label, on old version you could see right on calendar, also now it’s much harder to add, edit or delete appointment. Been using old version for years and it was best app for appointment schedule. Now new version looks prettier, but lost simple usability

    As simple as this app really is, idk if is because I was using the free version but it was only showing meeting appointments scheduler, and I have a cleaning business so for me it don’t work 😣 hopefully in the future they add more services to it or the option to customize your own services will be a plus.

    I have been using Setmore for two years and have had zero issues until last month when they updated the interface. Since, I have faced so many issues: them randomly changing all of my appointments (past and future) to different times; clients on my customers list being deleted and losing the data I used to track their visits; not being able to edit appointments; appointment reminders being sent for the wrong time; and the worst of all is my clients being flooded with emails with appointment reminders that were never made. It’s made me look so unprofessional and has created extra work for me. Currently, I am paying for the service but I haven’t been able to properly use it for over a month!! I am having to create appointments and send out reminders myself. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money. Find yourself a more reliable service like I will now be forced to do.

    I would love it if setmore had more of a option as far as scheduling where I as a Tech can make my own schedule because I don’t have a set schedule i have kitds so I go by appointment only. If I could schedule around my hours then that would be cool.

    I own a dog training business. I use this app for scheduling clients and group classes. At the start, it functioned perfectly, we were very pleased. In the last year, it has been a constant, absurd fight to get people on my group class list. The app won’t let my clients sign up for class, or it tells them the class is full when it’s not, or they can’t use the url they’re supposed to use. No matter how many times we contact the staff at setmore, they can’t fix it. It used to be every other week, now it is every single time I have a group class. It’s embarrassing and unprofessional, and we are currently looking for another system to use.
