The basic problem I have is that it’s advertised as free when I searched on Google for a free fax process. When I went through the payment process, it returned to the same screen that said “continue” to send your Fax. Only the continue button was greyed out, ¿indicating it was working on it? after a while, I realize nothing was happening so I had to go back and start again.

Said it was free and charged me.

Earlier in the day I had to Fax some important documents at my local DMV. After downloading the app, purchasing the $6.99 subscription, and attempting several times to fax my documents, they were all unsuccessful. Since all attempts to fax my documents were unsuccessful through this app, I was forced to download and use another app which did end up working. I would like to receive a refund and cancel future payments because the faxing did not work. There was also no email or any contact information available on the app or online so I am leaving my comments here.

Great. It's great.

I rarely send a fax. When I needed to send one document, I downloaded this app. Paid the $6.99 weekly subscription fee. Sent my fax and cancelled the subscription. It was very convenient. Worth the $6.99 to be able to send the document from my phone.

If you need to cancel the subscription go to Apple account, subscriptions and choose cancel.

What a waste of 1.99 I’ve faced the same document 11 times and failed

Please be aware of this app. It is NOT free! I paid for some documents to get faxed over and it never did. I requested a refund but apple said my claim was not eligible.
