    I just signed up for a 7-day offer, but they charged my credit card for a 1-month subscription and another identical 6-month subscription, which is the same!!! It's an abuse. I demand that they cancel the 6-month subscription because I didn't sign up for it. I didn't sign up for the 1-month one either. I only signed up for the trial offer.

    I purchased the 30 day subscription. First time I tried to use it, I received an error message that it couldn’t create an image. Also, you can only use one photo at a time, so impossible to get a whole room evaluation. Just an expensive bad AI image generator. I have asked for a refund but assume I will need to dispute the transaction based on the quality of work by the developer.

    This app tricked me into signing up for a subscription before the app was even installed. Then it charged me for two subscriptions and then once the app was installed, did not have any knowledge of those subscriptions so I would have to buy another subscription if I wanted to use it. I need a refund ASAP or I will report this app to the authorities.

    I bought, what I thought was, a promo for a 1- week subscription on Instagram. Not only did they charge me $29.99 for a premium feature but also $49.99 for a 6-month subscription. I canceled within 20 minutes because the app is very generic. I have requested a refund for the amount less the 1-week promo cost, however, they claim this promo is an example of a weekly cost and that they showed the full subscription price before checking out. I do not recall seeing the 6-month subscription price nor do I recall signing up for a premium feature! Don’t buy from this company. I’m sure there are other more reputable companies to do business with.

    Rrruuunnnn!!!! I concur this app is a scam. Definitely misleading by saying $1 for a week. After I checked, I’m being forced to pay $69 for 6 months. I thought paying $1 for a week to see if I like it was worth it. The app doesn’t do anything really. It doesn’t recommend different furniture placement or do much of anything. I’m highly dissatisfied and had I know I was going to be forced into $69 for 6 months, totally wouldn’t have downloaded it. I want my money back!!! Not worth it!!!

    One star because you have too. These crooks. Nowhere does it say how much they’re gonna take out they just keep preaching a dollar a week a dollar a week. Next thing I know before I even play with the app $35 has been taken out of my account. These guys are crooks.
