Lately, every time I purchase something, it will say it didn’t go through the first time so I try again and it goes through BUT I get charged TWICE instead of ONCE. Apple WAS good about refunding me for the extra purchase where I didn’t get anything, but the last time, it refused to refund me so I basically lost my money. I tried to appeal it, and they still didn’t refund me. I guess I won’t be purchasing anymore because of this.

I absolutely loved this game. I had reached out because of issues with not getting rewards earned. They said they said they gave me extra stuff for the issue, but then the game froze after I got a reward (3hr extra lives and other stuff)and wouldn’t let me click on anything. I closed out the game. Still same issue. Then I updated, still same issue. It didn’t let me play for a week if not longer. Finally it let me and I advanced several levels, but when I closed game out for the night and tried the next day, same issue. I have emailed and received no response yet. It is very frustrating. It’s been several days of not being able to play. I have also tried to uninstall and it wouldn’t let me
