Laura es una excelente entrenadora y siempre esta pendiente de tu progreso, te da tips de como mejorar y trabaja contigo basado en tus metas. El app tambien es super facil de usar y en caso de que hayan dudas, hay tutoriales de como usarlo y sacarle provecho al Maximo 🥰

    I love this app! User friendly with macro and calorie tracking. I have access to workouts that can be completed in 20 min if I’m in a hurry or more if I have time to spend in the gym. I can focus on HIIT or strengthening if I have more time available. Laura is always available to answer any questions I have about nutrition or fitness. Come check it out!!

    This app is great for beginners and even for advanced gym / CrossFit girlies . It goes from mobility flows to CrossFit programs . I love how Laura added workouts we can do at home , gym and CrossFit box . I’ve been using the app to add routines to my CrossFit classes and I’m loving it . I also use it for recipes and to keep track of my macros . Having a group chat with Laura and other girls makes it even better 👊🏽 I 100% recommend it even if you consider yourself a “ beginner “. Love it !!!

    Esta App es maravillosa! A mi particularmente me ha ayudado a mejorar mis hábitos debido a que tengo todo lo que necesito en un solo lugar! Como los ejercicios, la nutrición y puedes colocar tus fotos y hacerle seguimiento, Es muy facil de usar y hay un chat donde las chicas ponen sus fotos y te motivas full! He usado varias app pero definitivamente esta es la mejor y la mas completa🥰😍

    As a woman, it is hard to find a female oriented workout plan, but this app has made it so easy. Even better, it’s nutrition program helps me stay on track to meet my goals, by tracking my meals and finding healthy and delicious recipes. My two favorite features are the progress tracking, throughout the photos / body composition measurements, and the progress over time in strength.

It is easy to use, provides detail information about the food and the recipes are awesome 😮‍💨 moreover, the workouts library is amazing, I am currently following Elevate muscle and has improved my strength and physical look so good, everyone should give ir a try😃😃
