The emulator isn't bad, and the idea behind it isn't either. In fact, it could become a great 3DS emulator app with some fixes and improvements. First, addressing the lag would be crucial—I'm not sure where it's coming from, but optimizing the performance would make a big difference. If the app were priced at one dollar, I believe many more people would download it, and it could gain significant popularity. I hope this feedback is taken seriously because this app has the potential to become a successful emulator.

Folium made my YEAR and I finally got to play one of my favorite games, Tomodachi Life. I searched up how to get the faces and I got the faces. It was playable for like a couple days and then one day. I just tap on a place and it will just send me out of the app and I could never play the game again. This really disappointed me because I loved Tomadachi Life so much. Months later I noticed I did something wrong so everything is fine

Surprised you can even load up games at all, if you can get that far. A lot to be desired not gonna try for a refund just gonna wait for that one update that actually makes the app work n they’ll get 5 stars

While not worth the five dollar price, it preforms well on my IPhone 14. This should be a given but to new users turn off battery saver. There is a HUGE difference in FPS when off and games run much smoother. Otherwise, if you haven’t bought it yet, just wait for a bit until some more updates arrive making the app better.

Runs awful, like 1 fps, which messes with any game not on delta time, which is all of them. Not worth 5 bucks
  • Not a wise purchase at this time

8/18/24: currently, this no longer works. Crashes every time I try to load a game. Sadly, this emulator is going in the wrong direction. At the moment I feel foolish for spending money on this emulator. No options for anything, no ability to save or load game states. Game has controller support but unable to manage 3DS in landscape mode. Hopefully there will be continued support. Would be more than happy to change my review when and if some issues are addressed. Update (6/22/24): this emulator still needs so much work. We need a way to assign controller options. Some games, certain buttons don’t work. If you disconnect the controller (Backbone) and reconnect (for example), the “Y” button will work but after using the button one, it no longer works. The virtual controls are just so bad. Being able to minimize the opacity and the option to make them bigger and smaller, as well as the option to keep them on and off screen when the controller is connected would be helpful. Still need the save states. The layout options are where they need to be, thank you for that. The main screen with the game icons… there really needs to be a list option. I am confident that we’ll get there.
